Terms and Conditions

PRICING AND TERMS:

• 50% deposit and balance C.O.D. for all new customers. C.O.D., Cash or Cashiers Check only unless pre-approved with net 15 or C.O.D. company check, call our accounting department for credit application. CLICK HERE to download.

OVER-RUN AND DAMAGE POLICY:

• Please allow 3% overrun or under run which will be billed accordingly.
• 3% damage rate is allowed, we only pay for damages exceeding 3% of the order. Damage pieces will be returned upon request.

RECEIVING & DROP SHIPMENT:

• Golfinn International will assume any merchandise directly shipped from you or your vendor is the correct style and color.
• We take no responsibility for your vendor's mistake. We do suggest producing a Pre-Production proof to insure correct style and color of supplied garments. We do inventory each order and verify correct size, and color from what is stated on your purchase order.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION:

• No returns will be accepted without prior written permission. No claims honored 20 days beyond shipping date.
• Cancellation of any order while in production will be billed for all cost incurred.
• A signed sample approval is needed before any order goes into production.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Clear Camera-ready artwork is requested for digitizing. Exact size and pantone color must be stated on your purchase order or sent along with your artwork. We do request a high resolution JPEG, EPS, or PSD format.
• If you provide your own digitized tape, Tajima, Barudan and Melco formats are preferred.
